GroundLog is a field compliance logging tool for environmental inspection work. It is currently available by invitation only as part of early access. It is not a commercial product and is provided as-is.
When you use GroundLog, we collect and store:
All data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure under your individual account. No data is shared between users.
Your data is used only to operate the app for you. We do not share your data with third parties, use it for advertising, sell or license it in any form, or train AI models on it.
AI report generation uses the Anthropic Claude API. Field log content is sent to the API to generate your report and is not retained by Anthropic after the response is returned, per Anthropic's API data policy.
GroundLog is a logging and documentation tool. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of what you enter. GroundLog-generated reports are drafts — always review before submitting to any agency or client.
GroundLog is provided as-is during this early-access period. There are no guarantees of uptime, data retention, or fitness for any particular purpose. Do not use GroundLog as your only record of compliance-critical information.
This is early access. Features will change. Access may be revoked at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes to these terms.

Set the active construction scope, then manage the phase tags available as the project progresses. The current activity appears on daily logs and generated reports; each preset is tagged to one phase.
Customize the title of each card in the daily log. Changes sync across devices and update the card header and any linked settings section instantly.

This is the assembled system prompt sent to Claude on every report generation. Updates live as you edit. Read-only.
Each Save creates a new version. Past versions are read-only history — you can View any version's assembled prompt, Revert to one (which creates a new version with that content), or Delete a version from the historical record. Your current saved state is unaffected by deletes.
Your display name appears on reports and logs. Email is set by your sign-in provider and cannot be changed here.
Choose your preferred color scheme. System follows your device setting.
Verify your email address or update your password if you use email sign-in.
You can sign in with any linked method. At least one must stay linked at all times.
Signing out clears your session on this device. Your data remains saved in GroundLog.
Permanently deletes your GroundLog account and all associated data. This cannot be undone.
